Ray,

If I remember the story correctly (and someone correct me if I have this wrong), Maxam had shares/warrants in WSRI but didn't have cash to exercise and so "spun off" to Maxam shareholders who might be more able/willing to convert WSRI warrants in the future. Don't believe Maxam holds any more WSRI shares so WSRI increase wouldn't have an effect on MXAM.

That's my recollection of the events of 15mos or so ago anyway.
