BARRY- I KNOW YOU WILL READ THIS;
the reason you will lose a lot of customers today is not
because of the click in your system,it is because your shortcut
your operation and do not have the personal to handle these customers
via phone in case of the problems today...
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS,NOT CHEAP PRICES...
