Kirk re:returns this year. looking at things I have done quite well sespite an unusually high cash position much of the year due to fortunate fund and to some extent stock selection. I was lucky to get into BSCFX last year near the bottom so it became a large position
My 3 main funds i've had for the whole year are

As you can see the ytd return on these funds are 49%, 64% and 23%. In addition I've been in the semi capex in which I've taken too many profits too early but still huge gains and AAPL. I've also obviously had a few clunkers which I got out of in a timely manner and dead money in some small biotechs I'm hoping will explode some day to the upside that I prefer not to discuss since there is a big chance they can blow up into nothing. I know BOWG's price has been volatile so I hope you haven't taken a job with the IRS now<g> They should be getting a fat "fair share" out of me as it is
