CSW does have a problem with Daily Charts of US stocks today. This problem is being worked on and should be resolved shortly.

A partial workaround is:

1) If Retrieve Trades is not *checked* in your Ticker.
- In your Ticker, *check* Retrieve Trades under the
Stocks menu.
- Wait 1/2 a minute, then close the Ticker and reopen it.
- You don't need to close your browser.

2) Open the Trade List window for your stock and wait until the Ticker has downloaded previous the trades for this stock.

3) Then open a chart for the stock from your Ticker. Today's chart should display properly.

Thanks,
