Radar,
I understand that SNC has not done well at all. If that's so, why would holders not take the tax loss by selling SNC, but rather take a very slight gain by selling CIRC? Not making sense to me.

Radar enough already. News on Dow that CIRC doesn't have enough money to fund its operations. It either has to borrow or issue more shares. As previously stated constant posting without new information is meaningless.
