I agree. Ligand is doing a smart thing to ensure that they get the $21M cash from the warrants. They want the money as soon as possible so the funds from the warrants won't be affected if any bad news comes out about Targretin. Do you think if Targretin is not approved or if the Breast cancer trials do not go well that anyone would trade in a warrent. What is in Lgnd's best interest may not be in warrant holders best interest.
