BDE is easy to manipulate. . .and there are plenty of criminals out there that enjoy manipulating stocks. When you see such activity. . simply report what you see to the SEC and to StockWatch.

Speaking of which. . . anyone know who is responsible for the bottom dropping out of PLCO all at once? Looks like we are about to get a chance to load our boats. . .c'mon and bring that ask down.
