As for the numbers, I suspect they threw everything but the kitchen sink into the quarter once they knew they'd missed.

From that AR growth, its looks like they "sold" a lot of machines of very generous payment terms, just to get to .08. This is confirmed by the DSO growth.

What this means is that next quarter will be even tougher, unless some new demand is generated.

AR is evil, and is usually a companies last gasp at making its bottom line number. WS and innvestment bankers are well aware of these receivable scams.

These balance sheet issues will keep any buyout price well below 30, if the buyout happens this quarter, IMO.
