You may well be right. However, the Company taking over NN, will have to show earnings for the Investment. That will only come in the Q commencing June. That means a take over offer must be made by Feb and ratified by end May.

I know NN have planned 2 props along the way. Some time this Q they plan to announce a DSL Contract with a CLEC and
later the first (trial) shipment of the 50g Switches.

How do you see the share pice between now and end March
in terms of a high an a low.?

tim, I can virtually guarantee you that TLAB (with a pristine balance sheet rivaled only by CSCO) would not touch this company until its financials are disinfected.
