I checked, and the puts below 17 1/2 are not posting a bid or ask, they are too far out of the money. I'm gonna SELL the 17 1/2 puts and use the money to BUY the December $30 calls.

Depending on the level of confidence of a buyout by year end, why not short the January 22 1/2's? Helluva lot more premium in those, since they're slightly in the money and you've got an extra month of time value to work in your favor.
