One thing you forget in your analysis is that there is always a large premium associated with control. With 70%, TOM will definitely control the sub and what happens to the sub's money.

I'm not sure I understand the structure. Is everything in the GEM company or does TOM have other assets.

For example, the 30% interest in the other company - is that with TOM or the GEM sub?

I'd love someone to diagram the relationship between all of these companies.

Speculation on what TOM is up to aside, the trading patterns make it look like we are on the verge of something big.
