We use cookies, in part, for security reasons and they are set to expire in 15 minutes. I don't think I'm too far off the mark in saying that a good portion of our help desk calls are related to this. Many people buy a Dell computer who live on the east coast and do not set the correct time zone or time. These cookies are expiring before they even get them. -dave
