FWIW, the S&P appears to be leading the market higher at this moment( and I emphasize, "at this moment". Techs are followers.

Someone appears to have sold 900 contracts on the SOX dec 580 puts at the low so far today and appears to have bought 1000 of the dec 610 puts. No opinion on the implications. Just that it happened at the low so far today.

At least I'll be able to laugh when the hammer drops - I sold my house and left the states last month. Don't know whether or not to change out of dollars. Gold may be the best bet.
