OT: At least myTrack actually sent out an APOLOGY and an explanation for the situation this morning (it popped up in the middle of my monitoring screen). Didn't excuse the problem, but at least it shows that their Customer Service people are on-the-ball (most other companies I've dealt with would barely even acknowledge such problems, let alone "volunteer" an apology...).
