Meanwhile, the guy who's always first to shout "How High" when Bill says jump also has some delphic remarks on the matter.

Michael Dell says his computer manufacturing company could benefit if U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson winds up stripping Microsoft of some of its market power in the landmark antitrust case against the software giant.

In similar trust cases, courts "try generally to take power away from the company and give it to the consumer," Dell said in an informal remark to Inter@ctive Week at the Comdex trade show in Las Vegas. "If that is the case [in this case], that is not necessarily bad for Dell [Computer].
