JimC1997, being a CFO, could you answer a couple of financial questions for me? If EDIG gets an order from an OEM that has no consumer electronics manufacturing capabilities such as Nike let's say. Would a Nike pay for the managing of the manufacturing, (having Eltech manufacture), upon receipt of the devices from e.Digital? And when would any of the OEMs pay for the licensing fee for the MicroOS and the royalties for the design? Upon delivery of the devices to the OEM or would it be when the OEM actually sells each player? Appreciate any answers. Mark
