Talked with Debi at HGRM a little while ago. Apparently, she and Kevin have been meeting with attorneys all morning and it was difficult for anyone to get through. I hope it was SEC related. She said HGRM is reasonably inclined to believe payment from the Russians will come next week. I asked if this was contingent on the Duma and she said, "No, there are other reasons." Of course, she couldn't elaborate, but it is good to hear something positive. Also, Kevin wanted to email a copy of his speech last Friday. I can only surmise there must be a purpose in that. I'll comment when I receive it. Bob
