WallStreetTips:

I agree that CIRC is an excellent company that has not been discovered by most on the street. I am frustrated with the news release from last Friday and happy with the clarification from the company. The type of statement referenced in the prospectus for the spin off is not uncommon with any company. It is a safeguard statement and required for open disclosure. I knew it existed, but when the news release came out, I though the company was going to take 'immediate' action on it.

I see the current price decline as an opportunity. I will be buying back into CIRC during price declines on a position basis. I don't want to be out of the stock when news releases start to flow.

Appreciate the clarification and trouble that others on this board took to call the company and get a news release put out.

WallSt: Wondering if you still like CIRC ???

It has gotten a few buy recs, but nothing has really moved it yet for more than a day or so...hasn't had any movement to speak of while the sector has exploded...sure looks undervalued here....I think the tracking stock aspect makes it a less desirable investment, but it looks like a buy at current levels to me....any opinion ??

Thanks, Jimbo (and GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NETP !!!!!!!)
