IMO, if the stock price holds at present levels (currently 9.30), the market is telling us precisely that. The financing has been completed. If this is true, "who" the deal is done with will have quite an impact as well. If it drops back, then Mr. Rowe will return. Last trade - 9.45

I believe that the closing of the financing will be the first piece of information to be released. That itself would be a big positive for the stock IMO.
