OEI's Chmn exercised 48,000 options @$8.44 just prior to-

... the announcement of the discoveries. That was a "taxable" event by the way - and he has exercised 2/3rds of his options here I believe.

This is an "anomaly" here; rapidly improving balance sheet; production right at the crux of a turnaround -

Slider, please explain comment on PXD regarding "very leveraged for ea $1 increase in commodity prices to NAV. - this is "THE" sleeper imho..." I have been a holder but am frustrated with it's lack of movement even as oil, osx, etc. keep going up. What's it going to take? I don't understand how the stock can be so much lower than this time last year. Keep in mind that I am not very knowledgeable in this field but am trying to learn. TIA
