I wasn't aware of MSFT breaking out O/S revenues. If it's
40% for O/S & 47% for Office, that is 87% of gross for
just those products???? Only 13% for everything else???
Somehow that doesn't sound right.

MSFT is welcome to fight it out. I don't believe they can
win, but they may tie it up forever. In the meantime,
they aren't going to be helping their cause. The threat
of future lawsuits hanging in the balance and continued
uncertainty will hurt the stock price.

There are too many internet high fliers these days to worry
about some recalcitrant large-cap software company that
can't keep their business practices straight.
