OK but be aware that in a society that allows discrimination, pregnant women will be the first to go. I have had to deal with pregnancy in management three times now and it is a major disruption - you have no idea whether the person is coming back - you can't replace them or fire them. If it were up to me I wouldn't hire any pregnant women - I don't think anybody would in a stressful work environment. Wonder how that would sit with the "family values" crowd?

Edit - in fact we just had that Hunter Tylo situation where Fox wanted to fire her for being pregnant. She sued and won, conservatives applauded... but you are on the side of Fox, right? The minute somebody gets pregnant, just fire them and replace them. Of course thats going to be a problem because their delivery will no longer be covered by the employer's health plan - who cares though.
