Mudcat, If you would like to see a similar situation, look at XOMA. They did a financing deal just before they reported on their Phase III trials...even though I wondered at the time...why do a deal before the results are out, thinking that if the results were what we suspected the early financing deal would be premature for what I thought would be a higher share price level..Well! The about 7.00 deal could now be done for $3.00.(:<<) Could we be in store for a similar situation with LGND? I sure hope not.
