STK PROFITS, what are the warrant's terms? Could you imagine paying $9 for a warrant plus $5 for the right to buy a share of stock now trading at $4.50?

A bit crazy.

Mark - Your SCKTW assumptions are incorrect. One (1) SCKTW plus $8.40 gets you 4.25 shares of SCKT. There is a SIGNIFICANT multiplier effect here.

The caveat: the warrants expire 6/5/00 and can be called with 30 days notice after the average 20 day stock price is above $3.00.

I remain long and strong on SCKT on the expectation that other cell phone services beyond Bell Canada and Sprint PCS will endorse the SCKT Digital Phone Card to enhance demand for cellular services. As you know Microsoft endorses SCKT's product as a way to enhance demand for Windows-CE devices.

There are 450 million cell phones in use globally today. Regards.
