SEI is buying shares on the open market. Although companies can say they are doing this issue a press release and never do it. Still lot's of shorts needing to cover in that issue. It's a great trading play here once it starts to run imho. REXI on the other hand has already started to run. Yum, Yum.

OEI short term technicals here... Looks like a strong double bottom at $8; with an EW type 50% retrace of this recent wave/leg from $8-$9+ which was too much too fast... I would expect firming and STRONG buying support right here - as we are seeing. Then the base for a strong run thru prior resistance at $11 - and a solid move to $12. My .02 cents.Any technical opines ? GaryB MarcC ? Loaded to the gills...and just being a Pig... not a hog, yet...
