LT, pregnancy is a fact of life these days. In times before, it was not an issue in business, because women were not in business. I do know, however, that farm women worked in the fields until 2 or 3 days before the birth, and went back to work 2 days after. I'm not saying this was right, it was just a fact.

BTW, there is hardly a chance of homosexuals getting pregnant, now is there? TD
