I answered your question as I did because you include sexual "orientation" in the same grouping as race, religion or gender.

There is no protection given under our constitution to "orientation" that I can see. There are many "orientations" when it comes to sexual behavior. If orientation is protected, my question remains, where do these protected behaviors begin and end...... or are ALL types of sexual orientations protected?
