What's the implication here? If Teleclone is wound up, will they be forced to liquidate the 6.2 million BCE shares in order to fulfill their contract to buy the 5.3 million shares that they had shorted on Nortel?

The implication is that BCE stocks would fall and Nortel would rise (at least in the Cdn market) or am I completely misunderstanding the wind up process as it affects the BCE/Nortel share volume-priece.

Further complication is that BCE owns 41% of Nortel although I can't imagine why BCE shares flooding the market as Teleclone unwinds it's position on BCE will affect Nortel shares specifically.

Any of you out there an expert on this -- looking for some heads up advice here!
