Wrong gbh,36190 is Siemens baby and NN has nothing to do with this one.
Siemens is as efficient is producing they own ATM gears as was LU when decided to buy ASND.
Clearly my technical background is different from yours, and I would expect fro you to do more DD before posting O, the 450, imo, has the same chance of appearing in y2k as the 36190.
You sounds like you hate NN no matter what.
Be more constructive.

I would suggest you to stop posting question how much and when, b/c it is closed to impossible to answer.

The big question with the 50G is just how long it will leapfrog the competition.
Remember that Fore (40G) and LU/ASND (25G) have been shipping for almost 2
years now.

You are almost admitting that 50 gig will leapfrog LU and FORE but immediately assume that 450gig will be late b/c 36190 which has nothing to do with NN (Siemens products).

BTW,ASND needs three boxes to performe FT,ATM and CE(they have new box for CE) when NN do it on one.
Also if I am correct, ASDN architecture allowed for max 100 gig.
Fore 40 gig has little success in carrier space, on relative bases, b/c speed is not everything.Good WAN enterprise product.
