we have already traded email's today.. i told him to take 100 dollars out of my account and buy everyone beer because i know they were pushed to the brink but this should have never happened with the amount of business coming in their has to be a ratio that has to be used to determine the number of employees needed for xxx amount of trades...but,i realised from his responses that we are on the ground floor and everyone of my points i bring up are being dealt with and corrected..i know there is nothing we can do about lost wages and bad or lack of trades because of this today,but if they are willing to listen and correct the problems that is all i can ask for..i am not looking for them to take care of the trades or things that went wrong and fix my prices,but i do like the fact that they are making the changes that i need so these things do not happen again...i know that everybody has to do what is best for them,but i do like the fact that their is someone their listening to suggestions....
