I am not a MSFT fan. Also, I like to sleep at night. We have no idea what will happen with MSFT. You seem unsure of yourself and that's okay, I am often unsure of what I should so with my money (ggg). I believe that CSCO and EMC belong in everyone's portfolio. I am a big fan of TXN but I have followed the company for many, many years. But if you don't own CSCO and EMC, I believe you should buy shares. As you know, I am a housewife.
