taxman: Isn't odd that the CEO of SUNW had to devote most of his speech to attacking MSFT rather than extolling the progress that SUNW is making in meeting the needs of the information revolution? Pathetic. I remember when this attitude gripped Larry Ellison and we ORCL shareholders paid fo it dearly as he lost his focus on the business he was in - big databases. Fundamentally this whole affair has in the long run harmed AOL, SUNW, IBM et al as it has distracted them whereas MSFT has kept their nose to the grindstone and not up some politicians or judges arse.

With all the badmouthing ZDNet did of MSFT at Comdex they managed to overlook the 17 best product awards that they garnered.

The judge has blinked. JFD
