Has anybody heard of this one? GMST to buy TVGIA. For every share of TVGIA, you get .6573 shares of GMST.

Allen, yes you are correct regarding NVX. NVX stock is slowly dropping, imo, based on uncertainty regarding the vaccine approval. NVX deal hinges on getting gov't (British) approval of a vaccine as you pointed out - and I am betting that it will get approved. Even so, I was too quick to buy, and I should have considered the timeframe which the gov't decision process might require. Two costly errors it seems. Paul. (still long NVX)
