Howy,

<<But don't you think there's a chance BAY will try to develop this themselves?>>

If I was the owner of something like this - I would sell it. Why put yourself through the aggravation of developing a mine, if you do not have to. The good thing -- if they are not offered a decent price, developing it is always an option.

Also - with the additional potential that surrounds the known mineralization, it leaves a little mystery for negotiating leverage.

Howy,

Yes..of course there is a chance ...and if it happens that way, I will be extremely comformtable with BAY's management. They can bring this project to commercial production.

However, the odds are that a Pan American SIlver, Hecla or Coeur D'Alene will be extremely interested in acquiring this asset. One thing is sure, several companies have confidentiality agreement... so in time we may see some action.

What management wants is the best deal for their shareholders and I am sure they gonna get it..either through a takeover at the good price or through a very profitable operation.
