Slider--interesting perspective-I hadn't thought of declining production--I currently hold TMR and CRK and may buy OEI on Monday (don't know yet)--the thing I am concerned about chart wise is that the XOI looks qute overbought as it has just ended a straight up one way move off the recent lows and may need to retrace some more now. Also, I am very leery of the general mkt. We shall see

I am looking at adding another E&P for a long term(over 12 months) hold. Currently I hold XTO and was wondering how you compare XTO vs OEI. Other than the obvious fact that OEI is larger.
