Bought in Jan. of 97 at 2.55 and have been tempted many times to sell as it appeared to be going nowhere. It's been a long time coming but looks like the wait has been worthwhile. Only wish I had bought a lot more. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Vasogen to trade on the American Stock Exchange??

I read an SEC 6K filing today that was filed by Vasogen yesterday. It stated that they are registering shares to trade on the American Exchange. It referred to another registration filing made in 1997 for details of the stock being offered. I could not find that filing in the few minutes I had to do the research.

Hope this helps! Something should be announced soon.
