I too am enticed by the notion of playing with options. I've tried selling puts in oversold or underpriced (IMO) stocks and usually just pocket the price of the put when they expire worthless. Couldn't you get burned if the Microsoft/Visio deal blew up if massive fraud was suddenly uncovered? <G>. Just a thought.

Some of Softbank's charm is the minimal amount of short selling and derivative trading so the stock price seems to be a purer play on the Company's prospects. Hopefully the eventual trading of Softbank on a US exchange doesn't have a negative effect. Actually I am looking forward to the day when the full array of options are being traded here in the US.
