I was thinking about going long MSFT after the bad news hit.

I am glad I didn't.

Went long HLIT, INKT, and NTAP instead.

Was already long BRCM.

Check the action today.

On second thought, perhaps it would be more interesting to simply buy MSFT 90 and 100 LEAPS. I agree that there are more compelling near-term opportunities. I was hoping that a favorable ruling would send the stock up quickly to 100. Didn't happen, but fortunately the stock didn't really tank either.
