Mighty, A few frequent posters on the CSCO thread wanted to crucify me when I said that LU would emerge unscathed and that the network brownout/blackout was an integration issue. My guess is that they won't be stepping up to the plate now to admit that they were wrong. Worldcom is emerging as one of LU's biggest data customers. As I indicated in my post last night (11211 I believe) to you, I had heard that this was taking place but did not have written proof. Have a great weekend. Brian
