Mr. Fun,

You are not churlish! In fact, my discussions with you are most illuminating an interesting, and I always look forward to your well-reasoned discussions.

I think we agree on one major issue: that A/R was decreased and other assets were increased. The question is not how the reclassified asset was presented on the consolidated balance sheet. After all, "other current assets" is a catchall. The issue is how Lusk treated it in his comments about operating cash flow. I believe the question should be put to him in terms of whether his comment on operating cash flow was affected by this reclassification. If there was no effect then I must apologize for raising the issue. But if there was an effect I think it important that investors know.

By the way, congratulations on your prediction about an improvement in operations. As I said before, even if my fears concerning reclassification of assets prove to be correct, cash flow analysis still reveals significant improvement in operating efficiencies.

TTFN,
CTC
