I just received the following;

"New World Liquidity has ammended and extended its tender offer for up to 1,000,000 Unistar Financial common shares, until December 10, 1999.
The terms of the offer are as follows: $4.00 (lowered from $7.00) per share in cash less any distributions paid or payable after August 1, 1999......."
