Why won't they air the photo? As long as they cover it as a medical matter and don't bring up the abortion debate I wouldn't think there would be a problem with that? I mean providing this is a newsworthy story... theres an awful lot happening in medicine these days. Or perhaps the photo moves past the "gory" meter and has nothing to do with the issue at all... I know sometimes they issue disclaimers on the news about "disturbing coverage" for those that can't stand the sight of blood, etc. It could be as simple as that... maybe you are making too much of Fox's lack of coverage.
