This is what Briefing.com had to say this morning about COMPAQ's resistance levels and the possibility of a major break-out to the upside. Compaq Computer (CPQ 25 1/16 +1 5/16) on verge of major upside breakout, as stock rallied to within striking distance of key resistance in the 27-28 area on a huge spike in volume (over 54 mln shares)... Thursday's gains triggered by news of agreement with Cable & Wireless (CWP 40 9/16 unch) to provide e-business solutions to small and midsized companies... Each company investing $500 mln in the deal.
