Today was the first major glitch for trading. However...... There have been the occasional recurring price glitches in quotes. For anyone that was not familiar with EBAS you would have seen prices of .50 or less last week on the ask. Imagine you sent in a market order based on that and mytrade took it. The real price was much much higher. I can tell you that their contest took my buys at .50 and less and when quotes finally worked I sold $10+ So does it mean stay away from mytrack? No. For now it is probably the best thing going, but there are problems with every system.

THANKS STAN.. I.C problem is seperate from everyone else's.. but i feel confident that it will be taken care of.. today- they claim that both herzog and them crashed at the same time via computer..o.k everyone i have been with it has had that happened.. but like ameritrade for me in january i had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to a live broker.. response- we will be getting fully staffed to meet the needs of our customers for live broker situations in the future... problem 2- clitch- if you place a trade during crash,it never reaches market maker but it is in the mytrack system so you can not cancel or trade until you speak to them..today that was double jeopardy.. response-on monday there will be a program added that will let you cancel this via the computer yourself.. a couple of weeks ago i was not getting by incredible executions because they brought nite into the picture in the otc market..nite picks and chooses when they give orders... response- herzog will remain the first choice unless herzog is having problems.. my thoughts- SH*T HAPPENS,IT IS HOW YOU RESPOND TO THEM TO CORRECT THESE IN THE FUTURE THAT I AM INTERESTED IN...BARRY HAS RESPONDED TO THE CHALLENGE EVERYTIME...MY MONEY IS STAYING HERE.. and for those changing,i wish you the best,but i know my orders will still get in before yours,so hope we are not racing for the same walkdown or momo stock...
