Dagan, i just got on board early last week, reporting corps to the SEC are very important, this way you can see them trade. if they are relegated to the pink sheet otc, they fade into the woodwork. management is doing the right thing. with the internet craze in full swing. wiz will see $1 in the not to distant future. it does appear that they have 50mm shares out fully diluted. is this what you get. correct me if i am wrong.

WIZ / WIZF is fully reporting under US SEC, new rules, that is why timely earnings results.

That is one of the many reasons I like the company. A 50 to 100 million market cap would not be out of line for a high tech stock on a fully diluted basis.

At yesterday's close we have a 17 million market cap,

we got a ways to go.
