The Microsoft Money link indicates an increase in institutional ownership, but there are no 13-D or 13-G filings to substantiate this. Where's the real evidence for an increase in institutional ownership? The last 13-G I found is for Heritage, back in February.

Brian, Short-term it's a turkey shoot between longs and shorts. Long term I like seeing a large a short interest because eventually they will get "rolled" and snowball the move upward...Look at NITE. When it turned from the $22/share area a couple of weeks ago it then gained 100%+ within two weeks....Expect potentially the same here....

Right products right space and companies focus on effectively implementing DWDM n the local arena....
