Indeed CDE has the cash in the bank... and also has experience with a heap leach silver mine. Rotchester is very similar to Alamo Dorado, except for the numbers which are not as favorable. They need to reduce their average operating costs. This is less true for PAAS.

But there are also, Hecla, SIL and several other seniors that could be interested. After all this is a project that will generate US$20M in cash flow per year for a long period...and it still has potential to double current resources.

Nothing I would enjoy more than a couple cash rich seniors getting into a fight over BAY<grin> We can't lose. I can see it now, BAY is taken over and silver goes to $10...yum!
