Actually VARL does not look that good from a P&F perspective because the Relative Strength is a Sell in a Column of O.

Hi S,

Just back in from Vegas.

VARL does have an RS in O's probably because it was lagging the market some. The chart though has been good holding support and just today breaking another double top.

I just looked at the RS and it is real close to flipping to X's. I like stocks when their RS just flipps to X's. Usually it is at the beginning of a good run.

16.5 is close to the top of the trading band. 15 would be a nice entry point.

In conclusion, the trend looks good and the RS is certainly improving. Doesn't look too risky. You could buy a small amount here and then add on a pullback.

Take care,

Jan
