Checking out your mention of SAIC I can find only something called Science Appl Intl Corp, which as late as last year was a "beneficial owner" and had acquired more than 10% of the company. Since that time, listed as an "insider", it has neither bought nor sold ODSI stock (unless it has done so in the last two weeks). I would appreciate it if you would elaborate on the "rights" they own and how SAIC benefits from an increase in price to the $10 level -- other than the usual benefit of a profitable rise in stock price.
