taxman: Your hypothetical is correct but I don't know why it happened to me perhaps it was something like that . It probably was - it was in INTC and I had to buy it back the following day. I remember it because it cost me mucho dinero. With respect to Posner I think he was the class ahead of me. His views on poltical and social matters do not make him a conservative in my book. It shall be interesting if this whole deal turns out to be an attempt by Jackson to duck the mess he has begun through his one side "findings" better described as conclusions. JFD
